Eugene Kaspersky, CEO of anti-virus firm Kaspersky Lab, has spoken out against the Stop Online Piracy Act (Sopa) that has sent the world into an intense debate over the sweeping rights of the United States in its quest to fight digital piracy.

Platform as a service (PaaS) is a core layer of the cloud computing architecture, and its evolution will affect the future of most users and vendors in enterprise software markets, according to research firm Gartner.
