Easy Taxi has partnered with Smart Communications to provide zero booking fee to all Smart subscribers until December 27.
The offering means that commuters can order and track a taxi anywhere in Metro Manila through the Easy Taxi mobile application and pay only the taxi meter bill. Normally, passengers pay a fixed booking fee of P70 on top of the regular taxi meter rate.
When delivering donations to relief centers or attending a Christmas party with a group of friends, commuters can also request for a bigger cab when they get the confirmation call from Easy Taxi customer service.
After clicking “order taxi now”, users will immediately receive the drivers’ details including the name, photo, car model, phone number, and plate number. They can also chat with the Easy Taxi customer support team or the drivers if you have any concern.
While other taxi booking applications make it possible for users to share ride details through social media, Easy Taxi automatically records their ride history and customer details including name, phone number, location, and destination, so tracking is fast in case of emergency.
Easy Taxi assures the safety of its customers by confirming that the passenger has successfully boarded the vehicle through a personal call.
