ThoughtBuzz?s latest report on the e-commerce industry, ?Young Filipinos — E-Commerce,? has revealed that the top two things Filipino youths talk about most on social media platforms are airlines and entertainment.
The study also showed hat young netizens are also interested in products/services (78 percent), customer service (15 percent), and promotions (4 percent).
The finding is especially significant as the Philippines has 38 million Internet users who spend an average of 6.2 hours on the Internet through laptops or desktops, and an average of 2.8 hours through mobile devices. This therefore makes the Philippines a prime market for the e-commerce industry.
