US telecommunications giant AT&T, whose operations in the Philippines is not known to many people, is staging the inaugural ?2014 Philippines Mobile App Developers? Day in Manila? on Dec. 6-7 to help nurture the local developer community.
Albay representative Fernando V. Gonzalez, author of House Bill 5155, said compulsorily retiring government scientists at the age of 65 would deprive the country and its citizenry of the knowledge, ideas, skills, and even leadership abilities that the scientists had acquired over the years.
