Got complaints? New hotline for airport concerns launched

A new 24/7 hotline number has been established by the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) to address passenger complaints at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) terminals.

The hotline number ‘877-1111’ was launched to address complaints ranging from rude airport personnel to overcharging cab drivers. The hotline is being managed by the MIAA Customer Relations Center located at NAIA Terminal 1.

The hotline number is not to be confused with the MIAA’s trunk-line number ‘877-1109’, which can be contacted for concerns involving offices within the MIAA.

Signages have been displayed at the NAIA terminals to inform passengers of the new hotline. To date, it has received only a few calls, most of which were dropped.
