BPO firm Teleperformance recently launched its Leadership Development Center (LDC) at Teleperformance Aura in Taguig City.
Located at the 12th floor of the SM Aura Office Tower along McKinley Parkway, Taguig City, the facility will serve as a training center for the professional development of Teleperformance Philippines? 40,000 employees.
The facility will also enable employees to gain access to a learning hub where they can hone their talents and capabilities as they take on more challenging roles in the company.
The center features a training room, an e-learning center, a mini library and a spacious lounge, complete with audio-visual equipment and telecommunication tools, which can be used by employees completing their training programs at the LDC.
“We welcome everyone at Teleperformance to take advantage of the various learning opportunities that are made available to them,” Teleperformance Philippines managing director Travis Coates said during the facility’s launch. “I look forward to the lessons that we will learn here, which we can apply back within our respective divisions in order to meet the increasing needs of our business and the BPO industry as a whole.”
The Leadership Development Center at Teleperformance Aura is the newest facility dedicated to learning and training. The company aims to establish more facilities in other sites in the future to complement its existing learning and development programs.
