This is according to Sitel Philippines chief operations officer Craig Reines made this statement as he keynoted the recent Asia CEO Forum where he expounded on the opportunities presented by AI and why robots can help boost business.

?In business, it isn?t human versus machine, but human and machine versus problems,? Reines said, stressing that AI will not replace human jobs, but will in fact help reduce mundane tasks so workers can focus on learning new skills and increasing their proficiencies.

After his talk, Reines joined other business leaders in an open forum in discussing how the Philippines can better prepare for and use AI.

The monthly ASIA CEO forum gathers business leaders to discuss and forecast upcoming business trends.
