Lenovo PH beefs up gaming credentials with 4 new Legion desktops

Chinese tech giant Lenovo has launched four new additions to its Legion gaming lineup family at the Gamescom 2017 in Cologne, Germany.

The Lenovo Legion Y920, Y720 and Y520 Towers, and the new Lenovo Legion Y25f Gaming Monitor made their appearance before the international gaming community.

“Among other things, gamers want speed and performance in their devices. We built these new Lenovo Legion towers with that as our main focus. They are designed to easily handle today’s best games, from the most-demanding in terms of graphics to the light ones released by indie platformers,” said Lenovo Philippines country general manager Michael Ngan.

The Virtual Reality-ready Legion Y920 Tower is designed for the hardcore PC gamers. This fully-stacked machine runs on Windows 10 and houses up to 7th Gen Intel  Core i7-7700K quad-core processors designed to run the most demanding games at optimum, uninterrupted speeds. The tower is also powered by up to a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 8GB graphics card.

VR-ready Lenovo Legion Y920 Tower

The Lenovo Legion Y920 Tower has optional 32 GB 2800 MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX overclockable DDR4 memory and optional integrated Asetek liquid cooling to overclock the CPU.

Lenovo Legion Y720 Tower

The VR-ready Lenovo Legion Y720 Tower gives reliable performance with Windows 10 and up to a 7th Gen Intel Core i7-7700 processor, optional 16GB Intel Optane memory, and up to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB graphics.

Lenovo created the VR-ready Lenovo Legion Y520 Tower cater the entry-level PC gaming fans.

The Lenovo Legion Y520 Tower also comes with Lenovo Entertainment Hub, an app for access to a vast catalog of popular video game codes with VR upscaling on select FPS games.
