Vivo V7 Plus hits PH stores, enlists 5,000 pre-order units

China-based smartphone company Vivo has officially sent its flagship smartphone – the V7 Plus – to local stores following a report of 5,000 pre-orders from consumers.

Vivo also claims the V7 Plus to be the fastest-selling smartphone in the country having been announced only a week ago.

The V7 Plus boasts its 24-megapixel front camera that can capture with smart photography algorithms, with the Face Beauty 7.0 allowing users to enhance their selfies and when in video calls. The main shooter, on the other hand, racks up 16-megapixel photos.

In addition to password PIN and fingerprint protection, the Vivo V7 Plus can also identify the users’ Face ID so they can unlock the phone by just staring at the front panel.

Running on Funtouch OS 3.2 (based on Android 7.1 Nougat), the handset has installed a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC chipset to run the show. It is coupled with 4GB RAM and 64 GB ROM. Accommodating two Nano SIM cards, the handset is also powered by a 3,225 mAh battery.

The Vivo V7 Plus is being sold in Lazada Philippines, Argomall and in all Vivo concept stores and kiosks at P17,990.
