Sen. Vicente “Tito” Sotto III on Tuesday, Nov. 28, appeared before Pasay City assistant prosecutor Serafin Salazar to lodge a cyber-libel complaint against Edward Angelo “Cocoy” Dayao, the supposed administrator of the “Silent No More” blog that has been critical of the administration.
Sotto filed the complaint after a blog post allegedly by Dayao called him and six other senators “Malacanang lapdogs” for not signing a resolution condemning the killing of minors in the Duterte administration’s campaign against illegal drugs. — Senate photo
