“Everyone wants everything to be simple. [The BC mobile app] puts together in one app all your payment needs ? it sends you a reminder for your due dates, it shows you the nearest BC branches and Authorized Partnerss, and it allows you to pay all your bills on the fly,” CIS Bayad Center marketing head Wendell Kristian Labre said.

“[There is] no need to enroll in different online payment sites because BC mobile carries under its umbrella a string of billing partners and the seal of service and reliability that Bayad Center offers,” Labre added.

Aside from its primary bills payment feature, the mobile app has a bill reminder feature to ensure that customers will be notified of their due dates. Users can customize their notification schedules based on what their financially convenient time is.

The app also features a branch locator which can be used to search a BC branch near the user’s current location.? This feature is functional even when the user does not have any WiFi or data connection.

“For most of us who are always online yet still prefers paying over-the-counter or face-to-face, the branch locator shows you the list of BC branches, authorized partners, collecting agents and automated payment machines near you,” Labre explained.

The BC mobile app has a unique system that allows users to securely make payments online without the risk of exposing his/her financial information. Customers can use their credit, debit card, or PayPal accounts to pay bills.

Similar to the services of its branches nationwide, the BC mobile app will soon offer remittance or money transfer services, prepaid loading, and selling of Instasurance.

Bayad Center also unveiled its brand ambassadors: motoring journalist, blogger, and TV host James Deakin and actress-model Max Eigenmann. Eigenmann serves as the brand’s online and offline persona, Judith ? a pun on the term “due date.”

The BC mobile app can be freely downloaded to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
