Global smartphone brand Vivo has extended the warranty period of its four smartphone units — Vivo V3, V3Max, Y51, and Y55 — for an additional six months starting March 1.
The six-month warranty extension is applicable to all devices mentioned even if it was bought a year ago. Vivo smartphones bought last September 16, 2016, with a regular one-year warranty expiration date of September 16, 2017, can be submitted for assessment of applicable repair procedures until March 16, 2018.
No human errors as well as physical and liquid damage still apply for the warranty extension. This extended warranty period does not include the smartphone accessories.
Starting also this March, Vivo is now offering free software update, recover system, and cleaning services at its centers to all its users nationwide.
