Sitel PH supports CCAP’s 2018 Contact Islands Conference

Sitel, one of the world’s largest customer experience management companies, is throwing its full support behind the 2018 conference of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).

This year’s CCAP “Contact Islands” conference theme is “Leading with CX in the Digital World.” The event will be held on July 25-26 at Shangri-la Mactan’s Resort in Cebu.

“This year’s event continues with last year’s important discussions on emerging technologies, AI, and innovations,” CCAP president Jojo Uligan said. “We’ll be focusing on how to apply these technologies to enhance customer experiences and their increasing impact on our industry in this digital age.”
