Microsoft PH taps HomeSpace360 to transform real estate viewing

Software titan Microsoft debuted on Thursday, September 27, its partnership with mobile app HomeSpace360 to revolutionize the way people view real estate.

The tie-up will allow brokers to use advanced technologies such as 3D photography and video VR (virtual reality) to reach a bigger portion of their target market.

The HomeSpace360 mobile app offers its users with high-quality photos and video VR experiences using their mobile devices.

Simultaneously, the HomeSpace360 Cloud offers property marketers a solution to capture, distribute, and give clients an overview of properties in 2D and 3D on their devices including VR.

With the application only requiring brokers to use a smartphone, it is able to cut the cost of renting/buying a 3D camera to provide clients with virtual tours.

In the real estate market, VR is being implemented more specifically for clients and consumers. Realtors and brokers have been moving towards this new technology to provide their clients with a good depiction of different such spaces, offering them a 3D virtual tour right on their very own devices.

HomeSpace360 offers their subscription at three different price points:

• The Pro Model — P1,500/month for up to 15 visual tours/month

• The Advanced Model — P2,500/month for up to 30 visual tours/month

• The Premium Model: P5,000/month for 50 virtual tours/month, and a choice of custom pricing for enterprise clients, with more specific needs/virtual tours

Each subscription comes with four tools that will be sent over by HomeSpace360, including a mobile VR viewer, a battery-free smartphone rotator for a stable 360 degree spin, a lightweight tripod, and an HD fish-eye lens for 360-degree capture.
