In a press briefing, Realme Philippines said it will continue its aggressive expansion plans and the rollout of new products, emboldened by the milestones it has achieved in the few months since entering the country back in November last year.

The company said it is establishing a strong omnichannel presence nationwide with both online and offline networks equipped to offer high-quality smartphones and service.

Realme?s growing online footprint now covers both e-commerce platforms Lazada and Shopee, and is expected to help extend the brand?s influence and reach not just in Metro Manila but also in the provinces.

Realme currently has more than 1,500 stores nationwide. As expansion efforts gain more steam, Realme said it plans to open more stores in the near term. Realme is now present in key regional cities nationwide such as Baguio, Cebu, Pampanga, Iloilo, Davao, Cagayan de Oro and General Santos.

The company has recently opened the first Realme Concept Kiosk at SM North Edsa. This introduces the brand?s new visual identity, Realme Gold.

?We?ve been receiving positive feedback since day one. We are thankful and humbled by the warm market response given to us by Filipinos all over the country. We also continue to get good feedback from local dealers who see both the value and potential of the brand,? said Realme chief operating officer Jacky Chen.

Realme?s entry-level C1 smartphone, the company?s launching phone, has transformed the entry-level market in the country. The affordable but powerful smartphone model has been huge hit in the country, the tech firm said.

Realme said it will focus on products at the P5,000 to P15,000 price range, adding that it has no plans of going into the mid-range and high-end segments.

Despite being positioned for the entry-level market, Realme Philippines marketing lead Eason de Guzman said their products have enhanced software processing and camera hardware for optimal performance and photography.

Even with a fast processor, Realme said its products are known for their long battery life. The Realme C1?s 4,230mAh battery delivers the longest battery life in its price point, and the company hopes to continue offering this product differentiator with its new phones.

Realme has also recently released its Tech Backpack and Realme Buds that are accessories for the technology enthusiast. The company is also boosting its aftersales support, although it currently already has 23 service centers nationwide.
