Improving telecommunication services and building technical capacity and skills of the workforce both in the private and public sector will be crucial in the implementation of government projects, according to Socio-economic Planning secretary Ernesto Pernia.
NEDA chief Ernesto Pernia said the continuous integration of technology and institutionalization of regulatory impact assessments in government processes have helped in improving the ranking of the Philippines in the 2018 Worldwide Governance Indicators.
