Tesda opens online program for tech-voc courses

[/caption] Led by its director-general, Joel Villanueva, the agency launched the online program at the Tesda Women?s Center in Taguig City. Villanueva said the program aims to provide training opportunities for Filipinos at their own pace and time, through the online courses that would be made available via the Tesda online facility. So far, more than 4,000 students have already enrolled in the different technical vocational and training (Tvet) courses offered onlie, Villanueva said. The online program offers four online courses: Computer Hardware Servicing NC II, Room Service Attendant (leading to Food and Beverage Services NCII), Guest Room Servicing (leading to Housekeeping NCII) and Cell Phone Repair Servicing (leading to Consumer Electronics Servicing NCII). ]]>
