Cainta gets second call center locator

[/caption] The call center site is the second such facility to be located in Cainta, the town of Rizal province nearest to Metro Manila, after TeleTech, which is located in Robinsons Mall in Ortigas Extension. The site is expected to tap into heavily populated suburban areas such as Quezon City, Marikina, and neighboring Rizal towns. The initial phase of the center?s build out will result in a 250-seat capacity and will employ about 800 workers over the next 12 months. The new location will include a significant support structure of operation managers, supervisors, trainers and quality roles, a statement from the company said. Cainta mayor Ramon Ilagan said during the site’s opening that tax incentives have been provided to Results as part of the town’s effort to lure locators. In return, he said Results has given him the assurance that a certain percentage of the site’s workforce will be allocated to Cainta residents. The company operates two other locations in the country ? in Silver City and Eastwood, both in Quezon City. Alec Brecker, president and COO of The Results Company, said the Cainta site will involve mostly voice-based marketing work for clients based in the US. ?The Philippines continues to provide our clients with top-notch customer care and sales agents and has solidified Results? competitive foothold in the far shore market.
