Abusive motorist caught on video makes public apology

The act of contrition came almost two weeks after Carabuena, who has been suspended by his employer Philip Morris International, was filmed by a TV5 crew slapping the face of MMDA traffic constable Saturnino Fabros at the corner of Tandang Sora and Capitol Hills Drive in Quezon City. The video went viral via social media, triggering widespread condemnation against the psychology graduate of Ateneo de Manila University while setting off an outpouring of support for Fabros. ]]>
