Red-hot Accenture opens 16th facility in PH

[/caption] The US-based outsourcing firm inaugurated its third facility in Cebu earlier this year, bringing its total sites to 16 in the Philippines. Lito Tayag, managing director of Accenture Philippines, said their newest location would capacity to provide IT and BPO services to clients around the world. The company currently has about 28,000 workers in the country, making it the third biggest private employer in the local market. About 2,000 of its workforce are located in Cebu. The Philippines has the second largest workforce in Accenture?s Global Delivery Network after India, according to Tayag.
