Garcia, promoting the Philippines as a prime investment venue for outsourcing as well as a great source of highly talented BPO manpower is an advocacy that his company strongly believes in. The team was also on hand to address inquiries from various companies regarding outsourcing or offshoring their businesses in the Philippines as well as how to set up their own contact centers in the United States with DTSI?s Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solutions. CCaaS is offered in partnership with Avaya, a provider of business communications solutions. ?In the US, the growing demand for fully-integrated, cloud-based business solutions like CCaaS is the result of the intense competition and shifting business patterns in the market,? Garcia said. ?Industry professionals know that, to rise above competition, they need to do more than just improve customer service; the bar has been raised to deliver more business value to the customer.?
