2,531 cellphones reported lost, stolen in NCR in first half of 2014

NTC bldg Statistics of lost and stolen cell phones in the first six months of 2014 were as follows: January — 464, February — 422, March — 411, April — 402, May — 409, and June — 423. Meanwhile, the recorded text scams are as follows: January — 112, February — 124, March — 140, April — 229, May — 196, and June — 166. As for the network performance of telcos in the NCR region in 2013, customers complained mostly about billing, poor Internet connection, promos, and poor network service, among others. The list of complaints is as follows:
