Accenture is one of the first companies in the country to offer this new employee benefit, which takes effect on September 1, 2015. The move is a key component of the company?s already existing suite of benefits for new parents, which includes: adoption leave; lactation breaks; Diana rooms; maternity care education program; maternity benefits brownbag sessions; and the fit-to-work certification. ]]>
