Lifetrack Medical Systems (LTM), a Philippine-based health-tech startup that provides interpretation of radiology diagnostic images for hospitals and clinics, recently announced that it had closed a round of funding from strategic investors, including Globe Telecom-owned Kickstart Ventures.
