Sitel Philippines, through its academic program Sitel Academy, has partnered with the University of Makati (UMak) to shape the school?s computer studies curriculum and providie internship openings for UMak students. This is Sitel Academy?s seventh year and in 2015 alone, 5,000 near-hires graduated from the Academy with a 60% hiring rate, higher than industry average.
