Employees from Sitel Philippines have responded to the call to support the ?Agents of Change? program of the Call Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP).
Under the initiative, Sitel employees will undergo crisis training by the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) to equip them in times of disaster relief and rehabilitation in the country. Training modules under PRC include Disaster Management, First Aid, Relief Operations, and Primary Healthcare, among others.
