Globe Telecom announced that it has become the first Philippine telecommunications company to adopt the TV White Space frequency for broadband use after successfully completing trials of the technology for wireless backhaul.
Under the e-FOI, Presidential Communications secretary Martin Andanar said the government will publish online all public documents which are not classified or do not contain sensitive information.
