Sitel people programs recognized with two Gold Anvil Awards

Sitel, the BPO subsidiary of Sitel Group, one of the world?s largest customer experience companies, was honored with two prestigious Gold Anvil Awards: ?People First: Employee Engagement and Retention in the BPO Industry? and ?Sitel Academy: Empowering BPO Professionals? at the recent 53rd Anvil Awards Night.

These latest accolades highlight Sitel?s commitment to constantly improve BPO employee engagement with innovative people programs and to providing exceptional BPO training to equip the next generation of customer care professionals.

Symbolizing excellence in public relations, the annual Anvil Awards of the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) are given to outstanding public relations programs, tools, and practitioners for achieving the highest standards of PR practice, specifically, exemplary professional insight, skill, creativity and resourcefulness.

The 53rd Anvil received a record-breaking 450 entries; out of these, a multi-sectoral panel of judges handpicked 28 Gold Anvil Awardees.

?These prestigious awards truly highlight Sitel?s commitment to provide only the best and most inclusive workplace for our associates, while investing in the growing BPO industry in the Philippines,? stated Craig Reines, Sitel chief operating officer for APAC.
