The jobs will be based in Amazon?s dedicated customer service centers in Cebu and Manila.
The skilled roles will support Amazon?s customers around the world and will provide 24/7 world class customer service to North America and UK customers.
Both of Amazon?s customer service centers in the Philippines include a range of roles including Customer Service Associates, Team Manager and Group Manager

According to the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) director general Charito Plaza, Amazon?s contributions are helping the country to become a key player in the digital economy in Asean and the world.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index recently announced the results of its annual survey, and for the 8th year in a row customers ranked Amazon as number 1.
The United Kingdom has a similar index, The UK Customer Satisfaction Index, put out by the Institute of Customer Service. For the 5th time in a row Amazon UK ranked number 1 in that survey.]]>
