The waiver of fees, previously extended only until March 31, 2021, covers online fund transfers facilitated through Landbank’s online banking channels via InstaPay and PesoNet.
During this time, its online channels such as the SSS website, My.SSS Portal, and SSS Mobile App, including online payment channels, will be temporarily unavailable.
Under the bill, telcos and ISPs must “on a pro-rated basis, provide a refund credit to a customer, or adjust a customer’s bill, who has experienced a service outage or disruption for an aggregate period of 24 hours or more within a month.”
