The Philippines has officially started its re-election bid for a council seat in the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies (ICT), for the term 2023-2026.
Business process outsourcing (BPO) firm TDCX formerly known as Teledirect and now a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), informed the local media of its decision to further expand its footprint in the Philippines following the formal opening of its sixth hub located in Iloilo.
TAGPROS, which is based at the University of the Philippines Diliman campus in Quezon City, has invested P46.7 million for its Learning Management Systems (LMS) project. The company is now in operation, employing about 874 personnel, majority of which are teachers.
