The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) said it is aiming to launch a digital platform by mid-next year to help exporters determine if their products meet the rules of origin (ROO) requirements under various free trade agreements (FTAs) and the generalized system of preferences (GSP).
Now Corp. Telecom has signed a memorandum of understanding with Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) and Frontier Tower Associates (FTA) to discuss and negotiate the lease of build-to-suit sites, towers, and passive telecommunications infrastructure and facilities.
