The DICT said the items were intended for the e-learning initiatives of LGUS and that the supplier, Lex-Mar, is a wholesaler of office supplies and office equipment although it is also engaged in the construction business.
The House Committee on Banks and Financial Intermediaries began on Tuesday, Aug. 17, to fine-tune House Bill 9615, which seeks to regulate the use of e-wallets and prohibit their use for any unlawful activity.
