Smartphone brand Poco introduced last on August 30 its latest entry-level device — the Poco C85.
The new model is positioned under the Poco C Series and is designed for everyday communication, entertainment, and productivity.
The Poco C85 features a 6.9-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz AdaptiveSync refresh rate that adjusts between 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz depending on activity.
The screen has TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free use, and circadian-friendly performance, with DC dimming for comfort in low-light conditions. It also supports Wet Touch Technology 2.0, allowing operation with wet fingers.
The device carries a 6,000mAh battery, which the company says retains at least 80% capacity after 1,000 charge cycles.
It supports 33W fast charging that reaches 50% charge in about 31 minutes and 10W reverse charging to power other devices.
Powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra processor, the Poco C85 offers up to 16GB RAM with memory extension and up to 1TB of expandable storage.
It runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 2, which includes features such as Circle to Search with Google, Google Gemini, and Xiaomi interconnectivity tools like call sync and shared clipboard.
For imaging, the phone has a 50MP main camera and an 8MP front camera. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a 200% volume boost option, and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Poco C85 is available exclusively on Shopee until September 16. From August 30 to September 11, the 6GB+126GB variant is priced at P4,899 (regular price P5,499), while the 8GB+256GB variant is offered at P5,799 (regular price P6,499). Buyers can also access vouchers, cash-on-delivery, and free shipping options.
The phone comes in black, purple, and green color variants.
