The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) staged its annual MyFiesta event at SM Megamall’s Fashion Hall from Sept. 5 to 7, rolling out exclusive loan deals, lifestyle perks, and raffle prizes designed to strengthen its ties with Filipino communities.
During the three-day showcase, BPI offered low-interest Auto Loans with waived fees of up to ₱50,000, free first-year motor insurance worth ₱50,000, and ₱20,000 in e-gift certificates.
For Housing Loans, the bank provided waived fees of up to ₱80,000 per ₱1 million borrowed, a fixed 6.5% interest rate for five years, and ₱30,000 in e-gift certificates.
Customers also received added value through a partnership with Globe Telecom, which bundled a one-year Globe at Home 500Mbps fiber plan worth ₱30,000.
Motorcycle buyers were offered discounts of up to ₱25,000 for prompt payments plus ₱1,000 in e-gift certificates.
To cap off the event, BPI launched a raffle that would cover loan balances — ₱100,000 for motorcycle loans, ₱1 million for auto loans, and ₱3 million for housing loans.
“This event is about more than showcasing cars, homes, or motorcycles,” said Dex Cuajator, BPI’s head of retail lending and bancassurance.
“It’s about giving Filipinos access to the best deals and the right partners to help turn their dreams into action.”
Aside from loan packages, MyFiesta featured exhibits from motoring and real estate partners, financial literacy talks, and celebrity guest appearances that entertained and engaged mallgoers.
