Apple reseller Power Mac Center (PMC) kicked off the sale of the iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air with simultaneous midnight launch events at its Greenbelt 3 and SM Mall of Asia branches on October 17, drawing long lines of eager Apple fans.
Powered by Apple’s new A19 chipset, featuring a hexa-core CPU and GPU with Neural Accelerators, the iPhone 17 series promises faster performance and enhanced AI-driven features.
The devices also sport Apple’s latest Fusion camera system for sharper photos and high-definition video recording, all housed in a durable aluminum unibody design with IP68 dust and water resistance.

To mark the launch, PMC treated early buyers to exclusive freebies and promos, including a premium accessory bundle worth up to ₱30,000 and special deals from partner brands such as Bo’s Coffee, Grab, and Lojel.
Customers also enjoyed trade-in discounts of up to ₱57,000 for the iPhone 16 Pro Max and up to 50% off select accessories.
Those who missed the midnight rollout can still join PMC’s “iPhone for All” campaign, which runs until November 2. The nationwide promotion offers up to ₱9,000 in savings, 0% installment plans, and cashback offers through select banks and financing partners.
Members of Club Wyndham Asia can also enjoy additional discounts on AirPods and premium accessories.
Beyond Greenbelt 3 and MOA, PMC extended the festivities to other stores. At The Loop SM Makati, iPhone 17 and iPhone Air buyers received a token for the gashapon machine, giving them a chance to win Apple devices and accessories.
Meanwhile, The Loop Uptown Mall offered free customized phone cases through an on-site vending machine.
“By opening our doors at midnight, we invite customers to be the first to experience what’s next and share in the excitement that defines every iPhone launch,” said Joey Alvarez, PMC director for marketing and product management. “It’s a celebration of how technology continues to move people and the world forward.”
The event was held in partnership with Belkin, Mophie, ZAGG, PanzerGlass, and CARE by PanzerGlass.
The iPhone 17 series and iPhone Air are now available at all Power Mac Center and The Loop stores nationwide and online via the official PMC website and The Loop Shopee store.
