foodpanda rolls out free holiday rest stops for metro commuters

foodpanda Philippines is rolling out a series of free commuter assistance installations across Metro Manila this holiday season, offering much-needed relief to travelers navigating the city’s notoriously heavy December rush.

Branded as “We Gotchu Stops,” the pink pop-up stations have begun appearing in major commuter hubs including One Ayala Terminal and PITX, with more sites expected in the coming days.

One of the most notable features is a free vending machine stocked with commuter essentials such as drinking water, hand sanitizer, facial tissues, hand fans, and other quick-aid items. The first machine debuted at One Ayala Terminal in Makati, while another will be set up at the World Trade Center for the upcoming World Bazaar.

Over at PITX, foodpanda has also installed a free charging station, giving passengers a convenient way to power their devices while waiting for buses and provincial rides.

To offer short breaks amid the holiday bustle, the brand has likewise deployed its signature Pau-Pau benches in malls and busy city spots including Star City, Market! Market!, Circuit Makati, and Greenfield Central Park.
