Pinoy-owned BPO firm names industry veteran Dan Reyes as CEO

Calibr8 Systems Inc., a Filipino-owned IT-BPM firm, has appointed industry veteran Danilo Sebastian L. Reyes, widely known as Dan, as its new chief executive officer, as the company looks to accelerate growth and deepen its presence in the global IT-BPM market.

Reyes brings more than 35 years of experience in information and operations technology and is widely recognized as one of the pioneers of the Philippine IT-BPM sector.

He played a key role in establishing one of the country’s first call centers and helped form major industry associations that influenced policy direction, talent development, and the Philippines’ emergence as a leading global outsourcing destination.

Before joining Calibr8, Reyes held senior executive leadership roles at multinational firms including Sitel, ClientLogic, Headstrong, and Genpact Services.

Throughout his career, he has led large-scale, IT-enabled service operations for multinational clients, focusing on operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

His contributions have earned him several industry distinctions, including Asia’s Most Outstanding Leader from the ACES Awards, Executive of the Year honors from the People Management Association of the Philippines (PASI), and finalist recognition at the Asia CEO Awards.

Founded in the Philippines, Calibr8 Systems is an IT-BPM services provider that delivers technology-enabled customer experience, digital operations, and enterprise support solutions to local and international clients.

With Reyes at the helm, Calibr8 said it aims to strengthen its execution capabilities, expand its service footprint, and reinforce its commitment to customer success and global competitiveness.
