Electric vehicle distributor BYD Philippines recognized its top-performing dealerships and personnel during its 2025 dealer conference, as the company reported continued expansion of its local retail network.
The Ayala-owned firm said that Philippine EV Spine Network is an ambitious project designed to link EV charging stations from Pagudpud in the north to Pagadian in the south.
The $100-million (around P5.8 billion) funding will be used to procure and install electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) and to purchase electric vehicles for commercial distribution.
