BPO firm Concentrix has unveiled iX Hero, an AI-driven platform aimed at enhancing customer service operations by integrating human advisors with advanced technology tools.

BPO firm Concentrix, the largest private employer in the Philippines, has unveiled its newest site in the country – the Bacolod AIU.

Tendo by Tonik, a provider of digital-powered financial wellness solutions, has announced the availability of its services to Concentrix, the Philippines’ largest private employer with over 100,000 team members.

The government, however, appears not to be interested in permanently establishing an incentive package for WFH setup with the Department of Finance lauding the decision of BPO firm Concentrix to give up its tax perks in exchange for a continued hybrid work setup for its employees.

Concentrix said it is still on track on growing its headcount by 4,000 to 5,000 this year in multiple expansion sites across the country.
