DICT says delivery complaints against couriers down 88%

The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) said complaints involving courier and delivery services have dropped by nearly 88% since the launch of Oplan Bantay Padala and a new digital licensing system for the Private Express and/or Messengerial Delivery Service (PEMEDES) sector.

DICT to launch public complaints portal for courier and delivery services

The initiative will allow the public to file complaints against couriers and delivery operators for problems such as delivery delays, missing items, and other service-related violations.
