The Government Energy Management Program (GEMP) system portal of the Department of Energy (DOE) was defaced late Saturday afternoon, July 27. The group Deathnote Hackers claimed responsibility for the defacement.
The Department of Energy (DOE) said the government is moving to come up with “green plates” which will allow e-vehicles the use of the bus lane in EDSA.
Covered buildings include those with electrical loads of at least 112.5 kilovolt-ampere (kVa) or with a total gross floor area of at least 10,000 square meters.
