The PhilGEPS eMarketplace, a digital platform aimed at modernizing government procurement processes, is designed to be inclusive, providing opportunities for MSMEs, social enterprises, and women-led businesses to participate in government procurement by simplifying the registration and bidding process.
DTI and PS-DBM agreed to share with each other personal and business information of the registrants from their respective system databases, primarily for the purpose of linking DTI’s Business Name Registration System (BNRS) with the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
