The Manila Electric Company (Meralco) has decided to partner up with tech-driven engineering consultancy firm ESCA Engineering to retrofit a few of its Metro Manila-based business centers, as part of the company’s overarching goal to improve energy efficiency and the disaster-resiliency of its facilities.
