Solon intros House bill to include 2-wheel vehicles in EV law

Albay representative Joey Salceda said while the Electric Vehicle Industry Development Act (EVIDA) has driven a surge in electric car sales, it has excluded two-wheeled EVs from key fiscal incentives.
