Drilon shoots down AFP chief’s proposal to regulate social media

Sen. Franklin M. Drilon said that the suggestion of newly named AFP chief Gilbert Gapay to include provisions to regulate social media in the IRR of the Anti-Terrorism Act is "illegal and unconstitutional."
