The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) launched on Tuesday, Nov. 5, its Green Technology Incentive (GreenTech) Program, waiving certain application fees for technology-related intellectual property (IP) that mitigates environmental impact and conserves natural resources.
