Kabayan party-list representative Ron P. Salo said the provisions in the Family Code on personal appearance during a wedding ceremony have already been overtaken by advancements in technology.
The bill, filed by Kabayan party-list representative Ron Salo, seeks to establish a Philippine Data Interconnectivity System that shall “serve as the master database" of all government data.
