Valenzuela City has inked an MOA with IBM to incorporate Pathways in Technology Early College High Schools (P-TECH) model in its Senior High School-to-College-to-Industry Program starting this academic year 2021-2022.
Created by IBM in 2011 and first implemented in public schools in New York, the P-TECH program creates a direct path between high school, college, and career by linking the education sector with local companies.
