Stock market broker AB Capital Securities admitted last Feb. 3 that its system was hacked last Jan. 25, causing the temporary suspension of its trading activities for its clients. PCSO, meanwhile, denied that its system was breached by a local hacking group.
Sen. Raffy Tulfo said during a Senate hearing that he wants to prohibit online placing of bets for lotto games and instant paper games including digit games, Small Town Lottery (STL), and other instant paper games.
The E-Lotto, which is a digital version of the traditional lottery games, will be initially available on the Web via the PCSO website with Android and iOS apps expected to become available early next year.
